OUR MISSION

The mission of Beyond Conquerors Ministry (also known as Beyond Conquerors, Inc.) is to bring love and hope to individuals who have been knocked down by life's difficulties by motivating them to get back up again and chase after their dreams.

Our Vision

We strive to provide confidence and encourage those that we serve. We achieve this by providing motivating and inspirational videos, articles on our blog, books, coaching, counseling, conferences and training. We aim to be leaders in the communities that we serve in order to set a proper example for others to follow.

WHAT WE DO

Beyond Conquerors Ministry aims to reach and help as many women as we can by volunteering at women’s shelters in the United States. We host conferences and events to encourage those that have been knocked down by life’s difficulties. We specifically focus on women who are domestic violence survivors or facing challenges in life (emotional, financial and/or medical) as a result of escaping domestic violence, abuse, stalking, human trafficking, divorce, homelessness, medical issues and/or severe financial distress. In many cases, those that we will provide assistance to may be facing more than one life challenge. Our books, messages, articles, teachings and other services will inspire and give hope to anyone who finds themselves feeling hopeless, lonely or afraid. Our resources will also provide encouragement so that they will get up from their low places and chase after their dreams.

We also help women in need in Africa to obtain job skills and employment, helping to fight poverty, prostitution and abuse. We work in under served areas by helping those who have the desire to work, but do not have the opportunity to do so.

About the Founder and CEO

Claudine McDaniel founded Beyond Conquerors Ministry after experiencing life’s difficulties herself and desires to use her experiences to help others experience love, hope, and new life. Ms. McDaniel was born in Togo, Africa, and immigrated to the United States in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Maryland, and she has over 15 years of experience working in varied industries. Ms. McDaniel has a passion for working with and supporting women that have been knocked down by life’s difficulties, specifically women that are domestic violence survivors or facing challenges in life (emotional, financial, and/or medical) as a result of escaping domestic violence, abuse, stalking, human trafficking, divorce, homelessness, medical issues and/or severe financial distress. She has been working with women’s shelters for many years as a volunteer. Out of her experiences and seeing how it might benefit the women she has been helping, she authored a book, More Than Conquerors! It includes her experiences and discusses topics such as learning to forgive and seeing the blessings in life. Her book is available for purchase on Amazon.com.

Cindy Brook

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Cindy Brook has a passion for mentoring women from various backgrounds and stages in their lives and has acted as a mentor for over 30 years. She also has overcome significant difficulties in life, and she has used these experiences as a platform to encourage others. Joining Beyond Conquerors at the end of 2020, Ms. Brook’s experience as a mentor and life’s difficulties is a natural fit for the mission of Beyond Conquerors Ministry. In addition to her passion, she has over 30 years of experience working in various industries servicing the United States and Globally in the following areas: business operations, program management, planning, marketing, proposal management, financial management, training, education, and managing grants and contracts from the US Federal Government. Ms. Brook holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.

Morgan Horan

Executive Assistant

Morgan Horan has a Bachelor of Science in Family Science from the University of Maryland College Park. After facing life's difficulties, Ms. Horan developed a passion and heart to help and encourage other women who are facing challenges to encourage and support them to chase after their dreams.
